A: Open the app and navigate to the "Map" tab. You'll see all available parks with basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts in your vicinity.
Q: How do I check in to a court?
A: Select a park from the map or home page, then choose a specific court. Tap the "Check In" button and enter the number of players.
Q: How does real-time player count work?
A: Users check in to courts when they arrive, and the player count updates automatically. When they leave, they can check out to update the count for others.
Q: What if a court's player count is incorrect?
A: You can update the player count for any court you are checked into. Simply go to the park detail page, select the court, and adjust the number.
Q: Why does CourtHub need my location?
A: We use your location to show you nearby courts on the map and help you find the closest places to play. Your location is only used while you're using the app and is never shared with other users without your permission.
Q: Is CourtHub free?
A: Yes. Core features are free to use. We also offer an optional Premium subscription that unlocks extras like unlimited groups, the ability to send game invites and "Playing Now" alerts, and removes free‑tier caps. You can keep using the app for free without upgrading.
Q: How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Q: Can I add a new court that's not on the map?
A: Currently, courts are sourced from public databases. If you'd like to request a new court be added, please email us with the court name and location.

- We request "While In Use" location permission only; no background tracking
- Location data is used only to show nearby courts
- Your email is used for account management and notifications you enable
- We never sell your data to third parties
